As a lifelong learner, sharing knowledge with others has brought a sense of purpose. Relishing in the idea that we have much to learn from each other, we bring an interactive stance to the learning environment. Using a mixture of lecture, discussion and interactive exercises, we invite participants to immerse themselves in the training to gain valuable skills.
We have responded to and provided crisis intervention and mental health services to several incidents of mass tragedy. We have first-hand knowledge of both short and long term needs of survivors and communities after a traumatic event.
At Sense of Hope Counseling, we have delivered training to a variety of audiences from small groups to conference participants in the following areas:
- Victim Services Agencies
- Criminal Justice
- Mental Health
- Community Corrections
Trainings can be adapted to your needs. If there is a particular training need outside of the current trainings offered, please contact Nancy at Sense of Hope Counseling to discuss.
